It was a nighmarish process with my other 2 sanction letters, this one was smooth. Special shout out to Mr. Praveen for coordinating everything (though I had missed to bring original allotment letters), he was present with me at every step on arranging meetings, assisting with paperwork etc till late evening yesterday and early morning today.
